Better Snippet Management in Homesite + 5.5
One feature of CF Studio/Homesite + that has always bothered me is snippet management. I love using snippets. I think they are a fantastic way to store and recall frequently used pieces of code. However, I've always found CF Studio/Homesite +'s management of them wanting. For those of you who have never used snippets, CF Studio/Homesite allows you to create a single level of folders for organizing your snippets. I've always hated this as it doesn't allow for very efficient organization.

The recent Homesite + 5.5 upgrade fixes all this. You now have the ability to add multiple levels of folders in your snippets. This makes for much better code organization. Additionally, if you install Homesite + 5.5 on the same machine as Dreamweaver MX 2004, the two IDEs are able to share snippets. This means that Homesite + 5.5 users automatically have access to all of the snippets that ship with Dreamweaver MX 2004 automatically. Very cool.

One final feature that's worth mentioning is that keyboard shortcut mapping for snippets has been added back into Homesite + 5.5. This feature used to be in CF Studio (I believe), but was missing from the original Homesite +.
